These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Now Playing mobile application (the "App") and the nowplaying.ws website (the "Site"), operated by Now Playing ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Site.
Use of the App
Now Playing provides women's sports television and broadcast schedule information. The App is free to use and does not require an account.
- You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access our servers through any means other than the App itself.
- You agree not to scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the App or its APIs.
Schedule Information
Schedule data, broadcast information, game times, and related content displayed in the App are aggregated from third-party sources and provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any schedule data. Broadcasts may change without notice. Always check with the official broadcaster to confirm availability.
Intellectual Property
The App's design, code, branding, and original content are owned by Now Playing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Team names, league names, logos, and broadcast network names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used in the App for informational purposes only. Now Playing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, team, broadcaster, or sports organization displayed in the App.
Availability
We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
